Coast One Tax Group’s Privacy Policy applies to the use of our Site and Services, and its terms are made a part of these Terms of Use by this reference. Additionally, by using the Site, you acknowledge and agree that Internet transmissions are never completely private or secure. You understand that any message or information you send to the Site may be read or intercepted by others, even if there is a special notice that a particular transmission (for example, credit card information) is encrypted.
5. Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) Consent
By using our Site and Services or providing your contact information, you expressly consent to be contacted by us, our agents, representatives, affiliates, or anyone calling on our behalf for any and all purposes arising out of or relating to our Services, at any telephone number, or physical or electronic address you provide or at which you may be reached provide.Coast One Tax Group offers tax relief services to assist you in resolving your tax-related concerns.
You will receive messages from us up to 3 times a week. Our service fee ranges based on the amount of your tax debt. You can stop receiving messages from us at any time by texting STOP. Please note that message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not responsible for any delays or undelivered messages.
This consent includes the following:
- You agree we may contact you in any way, including SMS messages (including text messages), calls using prerecorded messages or artificial voice, and calls and messages delivered using auto an automatic telephone dialing system or an automatic texting system.
- Automated messages may be played when the telephone is answered, whether by you or someone else.
- In the event that an agent or representative calls, he or she may also leave a message on your answering machine, voice mail, or send one via text.
- You consent to receive SMS messages (including text messages), calls and messages (including prerecorded and artificial voice and autodialed) from us, our agents, representatives, affiliates or anyone calling on our behalf at the specific number(s) you have provided to us, or numbers we can reasonably associate with your account (through skip trace, caller ID capture or other means), with information or further questions.
- You certify, warrant and represent that the telephone numbers that you have provided to us are your contact numbers.
- You represent that you are permitted to receive calls at each of the telephone numbers you have provided to us.
- You agree to promptly alert us whenever you stop using a particular telephone number.
- Your cellular or mobile telephone provider will charge you according to the type of plan you carry.
- You agree that we may contact you by e-mail, using any email address you have provided to us or that you provide to us in the future.
- We may listen to and/or record phone calls between you and our representatives without notice to you as permitted by applicable law. For example, we listen to and record calls for quality monitoring purposes.
What are your mobile terms?
When you provide us with your mobile phone number, you agree that Coast One Tax Group may send you text messages (including SMS and MMS) to that phone number. You will receive a confirmation text message, and you may need to reply as instructed to complete registration. The frequency at which you’ll receive our text messages may vary from month to month. Message and data rates apply. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help. You agree to receive a final text message confirming your opt-out. You may opt-out at any time by texting the word STOP to the number 844-750-0258. For help, send a text message with the keyword HELP to the number 844-750-0258. Texts may be sent through an automatic telephone dialing system. Consent is not required to purchase our goods or services. You agree to notify us of any changes to your mobile number and update your account us to reflect this change. Your carrier may prohibit or restrict certain mobile features and certain mobile features may be incompatible with your carrier or mobile device. Contact your carrier with questions regarding these issues.
How do I sign up for these text messages?
All you have to do is text welcome to 844-750-0258. (Message frequency may vary, message and data rates may apply, and you can always text HELP for help & STOP to cancel.) When you opt-in to the service, we will send you an SMS message to confirm your signup.
If at any time you forget what keywords are supported, just text HELP to 844-750-0258. After you send the SMS message HELP to us, we will respond with instructions on how to use our service as well as how to unsubscribe.
How do I opt out of these text messages?
You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text STOP to 844-750-0258. After you send the SMS message STOP to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.
Will I be charged for the text messages I receive?
Coast One Tax Group will never charge you for the text messages you receive however standard message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
